How to assign Custom Manager to Request Sets

The problem is we need to assign custom manager to Oracle Request Sets, we can assign customer manager to Concurrent Program through form, just we need to change Type. But we can not easily assign Custome Manager to Request Sets. Request Set always run in Standard Manager.
Whenever you create Request Set for example:
Request Set Name : Example1
and we add two Concurrent Program with in this request set.
1-CP2 (Assign this to Custom Concurernt Manager)
2-CP2 (Assign this to Custom Concurernt Manager)
Now you have to go to
Concurrent Manager Setting. Choose Standard Manager and Exclude "FNDRSSUB" and "FNDRSSTG" from Rule and Include both in your custome manager Rule.
